School holidays

Already we’re heading into our last week of the school holidays, weeks are flying by.
Mostly simple things. Making trips to the beach, a play in the park, tinkering around the house, watering the garden, catching up with friends, trips to the library, eating watermelon and ice cream on the stinking hot days and swimming lessons in the pool…
Having three kids at home is loud, but also very relaxing, no racing off to school, lunch boxes packed in a hurry, school hats to be found. Just floating through the day.

This weekend we indulged in a trip to Coffs Harbour were they have a small porpoise pool. Because it’s so small they are very keen on interaction. The kids got to pet a dolphin, feed a seal, and clap and laugh like mad at their funny antics.
