And although I like ginger beer, the fact that there is no real ginger, only numbers, to be found in the store bought stuff puts me off a bit. And then I came across this recipe (link) for ginger beer and thought to give it a go. I’m using real ginger (a whole hand of it), raw cane sugar and aiming at the non-alcoholic version. After a week of fermenting I’ve just bottled the lot. A couple more days and bubbles should appear, I’m very much looking forward to tasting it.
