With the weather getting cooler, turning on the oven becomes a lot more fun. After all the naughty Easter chocolate, I could do with some more healthier treats.

If you can find it, be sure to add a couple of spoons of whole millet grain to the mix, it adds a delicious crunch. These wholemeal & rolled oats based biscuits, go easy on the sugar and travel well in lunch boxes for afternoon tea. They freeze well too.
