We hardly have dessert after dinner, but on Fridays we make something special.
Ice-cream is always special, this recipe (link) is so simple even Tim can make it.
It's very rich, one scoop is plenty the rest will stay in the freezer for next week.
I brought some along for my friends ice-cream addicted daughter, she thought it had the same texture but a much nicer taste then the fancy store bought stuff.
The hand-cranked mixer is another find at the op-shops.
