I love curry, and naan...


Our library in town has a healthy collection of cookbooks, some books you keep on renewing. I fell completely in love with "I Love Curry”. A whole new world, one of colourful dishes chockers full with spices.
Yesterday I made the Beef Madras with pilaf rice, carrot salad and naan. Once you ever eaten freshly baked naan, you’re hooked. There are many recipes out there, most use yeast which takes hours to rise, you can easily swop it with baking powder and start rolling and baking away within minutes. I used both methods and couldn’t taste the difference.
