Soft Fresh Cheese, a new addiction and so easy to make!
Spoon some yoghurt in the middle of a tea towel with a little salt and hang it up (door knob kitchen cupboard works best for me). Put a bowl underneath it and wait a couple of hours until it stops dripping. A very nice “cream cheese” as result. Put some herbs through and it makes a great snack on toast or crackers. Using cardamon pods instead makes a sweeter cheese perfect for filling dates or the like.
