After coming back from our holidays, the tiny baby cucumbers have turned into monsters. The little ones get eaten through salads, the lebanese cucumbers are eaten like apples. But the monsters are just tough and seedy.
They do make a great chutney. Using my grandma’s recipe that is know as “troop van oma”, roughly translated as grandma’s muddle. Also suitable for mangoes, rockmelon and zucchini. Find the recipe here
