Gnocchi for dinner


For dinner tonight: gnocchi. Following this recipe (link) I’ve had great results. But having had some pasta&pesto earlier this week I gave it my own twist. Adding a little parmesan and basil through the gnocchi dough and instead of pesto I added mushrooms, thyme and red wine to the zucchini in the frying pan. The result was spectacular.
