Happy Australia Day!
Life giving rain, a beautiful way to celebrate our beautiful country on Australia Day.
We’ll light the barbie tonight for some nice Australian lamb chops, with a thought for all the hard working farming families out there. I hope they’re all getting some festive rain too.
Amen. Roast lamb here for dinner tonight with loads of veggies as it will be cool enough to enjoy this favourite. Believe it or not, we have never owned a BBQ.
Oh wow, no barbie, how Un-Australian! ;-) We had our old, trusty Weber shipped over from The Netherlands. Nothing beats the taste of meat roasted on charcoal fired barbies... I’m really enjoying the cook change after all the sweltering, muggy days.
