That plate of veggies was gone in minutes!
Peanut sauce:
1/2 peanut butter, 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (or chilli jam), 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tsp grated ginger. Add 1/2 cup boiling water, then stir until it becomes a sauce.
Very quick and tasty.
Serve with veggies for a dip. Or with fried (leftover) rice and chicken. Also great with egg.
Keeps well in the fridge, add a little more water if it becomes too thick.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like they enjoyed it! We have always been a peanut free household due to my husband's allergies - specialist now insists he has an EpiPen with him in case....
