Sander is turning into a real handy man, you have already seen him in action with the tree house.
It has now been painted, water proofed and is ready. But the man needs projects.
New power points, repairing doors, installing screens, regrouting tiles, plumbing, custom frames for paintings, new light fixtures, lopping trees. The man does it all and has shed full of tools to go with it.
