What's for dinner?


Harvesting for our Saturday night dinner:
A salad with tomatoes, boiled eggs, fresh mayonnaise and spinach.
Roasted potatoes with thyme, rosemary, squash, zucchini and garlic
Green beans (the purple ones turn green when boiled, magic beans the kids call them)
And a small eye fillet from the local butcher, baked in garlic/parsley butter
