Gevulde speculaas

On these cold, windy, winter days I get cravings for Dutch winter foods and mandarines. The last item is easy to find at the moment, the Dutch deal can be a harder to track down. That’s where those Dutch recipes blogs come in handy. I found my luck on the The Dutch Table.
The recipe works very well, but when it comes to blanching almonds, I tend to be stubborn and keep them whole, going for a bit more rustic style...
