The nipper season has started again. Every other Sunday, until April next year, our eldest two will have lifeguard training on the beach. Sophie as a Green Cap (first year) and Tim onto the next level, after slam dunking his swimming proficiency test.

Lots of beach relays, jumping in the waves, bodyboarding and “conquer the flag”. For Tim is paddle boarding on the program as well. 3 hours of running, swimming and paddling makes for a very quiet trip home...
