Recipe for Play dough
Play dough recipe:
750gr of bread flour
450ml of warm water
7gr or 2 teaspoons of instant yeast
2 tablespoons of neutral oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
Mix all together until a supple ball of dough remains.
You'll need:
A little flour to dust the bench top, two baking trays, a couple of a small bowls with sunflower seeds, pepitas, sultanas, poppy seeds,... Scissors for making hair and ears.
1 egg beaten, to brush the dough for that pretty gloss. Preheated oven at 220 degrees.
The dough needs about 30 minutes to rise covered by a tea towel. Depending on the size of the creations, they'll need about 15 minutes in the oven. Cool on a rack.
